1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or accessing MyGrowthEnginePRO (the "Service"),
you
agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms,
then you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
MyGrowthEnginePRO is a marketing automation software designed for independent distributors. We
provide
tools for lead generation, landing page creation, and automated follow-up. We are NOT
affiliated with, endorsed by, or a part of Herbalife Nutrition Ltd. You acknowledge
that you are using third-party software to manage your independent business.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
- Billing Cycle: The Service is billed on a subscription basis
("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly).
- Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account
management page or by contacting support. Your access will continue until the end of your
current billing period.
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Service and the immediate costs
incurred by us (server setup, API costs), we do not offer refunds for partial
months or unused services. All sales are final.
4. Advertising Policy & Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your advertising content, landing pages, and
communications comply with:
- Meta (Facebook) Advertising Policies.
- Herbalife Rules of Conduct and Distributor Policies.
- Applicable local laws and regulations.
MyGrowthEnginePRO provides compliant templates, but we do not guarantee that your ad account will
not be
restricted by Meta. We are not liable for any ad account bans or restrictions.
5. Income Disclaimer
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE INCOME. Any examples of results, leads, or income shown on our
website are for illustrative purposes only and reflect the experience of specific users. Your
results will vary depending on your budget, work ethic, and market conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MyGrowthEnginePRO, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or
affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages,
including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses,
resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a
revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking
effect.
